He was knowledgeable about every area of the city, house values, neighbourhood issues, resale value and tons of other things I never would have considered. I dragged him all over the city and sometimes multiple days in a row and he was so accommodating and reliable. He was super friendly, easy to talk to and joked around, making this somewhat stressful experience much more enjoyable. He helped with every stage of the purchase and the closing which was extremely helpful as I was kind of lost. I highly recommend using Chris as your agent. You won’t regret it.
