Chris was always readily available to answer any questions or pass on any pertinent information. He is knowledgeable and great at communicating that knowledge. He made the process of selling my old condo and buying my new one stress free and managed to complete everything far faster than I had anticipated.

Chris has been amazing every step of the way and is everything you want in a realtor. He took the time to explain everything, helped me read through hundreds of pages of strata docs, communicated extensively with listing agents to make our offer competitive, and checked in with me several times before and after making offers to make sure I was feeling comfortable.
