Earlier this year, Chris worked with us to buy and sell homes for my family of four and for my mother-in-law. He did a great job. Chris took the time to get to know us, understand our individual requirements, and adapt as things changed. I was impressed by his professionalism and experience... and he helped make a stressful process enjoyable. Chris has been amazing every step of the way and is everything you want in a realtor. I had a lengthier process finding a place due to a tough market, and Chris was incredibly honest and transparent throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything, helped me read through hundreds of pages of strata docs, communicated extensively with listing agents to make our offer competitive, and checked in with me several times before and after making offers to make sure I was feeling comfortable. He's a wonderful guy who gives off nothing but positive energy. I really trusted Chris and so happy I did because he helped me land my dream home.
