I used Chris twice in the last year, for a purchase and a sale. Chris was helpful when narrowing down choices, helped keep us on track, and managed our expectations - this is a highly emotional event! He was always on top of market trends and up front about the quickly changing market and what we could expect, both in terms of purchasing and sale. Chris helped negotiate a fair purchase for us, as well as a sale at a time when the market was doing some funny things! He did an excellent job marketing our sale, and kept communication lines open to make sure we were always aware of what was happening, which was calming in a time of chaos. Whenever we expressed serious interest in a property, Chris made contact or visited open houses on his own accord to get more information and help us with our decisions and offers. He did a great job and I highly recommend using him - he has great neighbourhood knowledge, sales and negotiation skills, and an understanding of the market. Most of all, he is trustworthy, honest, and I had confidence in him and the process.

I don’t know what more I could ask for. High level of service, great understanding of market value and trends, insightful data, professional marketing. Used him 3 times in the last 12 months for two sales and one purchase.

<p>Chris will show a lot of patience with you, provide you with all the current trends in selling and buying. He set us up with our own site to view listings. This was great as we got to see the properties and decide if we wanted to see them. Would highly recommend him.</p>

<p>Several years ago I needed to find a place of my own in which to make art. It is more difficult than one might think to locate a building which has the appropriate designation. Chris was wonderful. He found a live/work condo within days and although several other people were circling it, managed with consummate skill to make it mine almost at once. I was so impressed with his negotiation skills. He is friendly and personable and extremely knowledgable in the art of the deal. After the sale he stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly with the move and purchase of condo insurance. I am grateful.</p>

He provided the full service we needed for my 87 year old Dad. He is extremely knowledgeable, makes himself available and is an excellent communicator. Also friendly and personable.
