Chris is a fantastic realtor and a great person to have on your team as you look to buy or sell your home. Chris helped us with advice on how to best prepare our home for sale and gave us an honest and informed assessment of what to expect in terms of price and interest level. He is extremely responsive to communication and questions and put in extra effort where required to get the job done. Ultimately - our house, which had some challenging aspects, was listed and sold with multiple offers within 1 week. We would not hesitate to work with Chris on our next real estate purchase or sale.

Chris was exactly the realtor we needed for buying our first place. He doesn’t sugar coat things, he tells you when something is not a good idea, and most of all was their literally every step of the way.
