After listing with another agent and expecting realistic results due to the suggestions given, we gave Che the opportunity to sell our home and found him to be very honest and always kept us posted as to any feedback we received from showings... Che rocks! A Realtor that actually answers his phone and returns your calls promptly. We were looking to purchase but ended up renting because of poor market conditions in Edmonton for resale values. Renting was a better option for us financially.
