I was looking at a number of properties seeking one that would make sense to spend the time, effort and money to renovate and re-sell. Che was outstandingly helpful and professional in assisting me with these requirements. He had the information readily available for comparable properties in each of the areas of Edmonton, which permitted me the luxury of selecting the most promising of the properties to negotiate a purchase. Che also has kept me informed at each step along the way during the negotiations, and readily given me expected timelines and background knowledge of the process of purchasing. I have purchased 3 homes for my residence over the years. This is the first time I recall being so knowledgeable about the process. This house is bought with the intention of re-selling once the renovations are complete, and I felt so confident in Che's abilities as an agent, that I have already asked him if we could work together once it is time to re-sell the property.
