Have used Che exclusively for the past 12 years based on his attention to detail and ability to successfully close both purchase and sale of properties. Will continue to use Che for future transactions and highly recommend his services.</p>

<p>Che came highly recommended by a friend, and after getting is help I am not surprised as to why he gets lots of word-of-mouth referrals. What struck me the most is that he is not high pressure, and is not all about chasing a commission. He was sincere and genuine in helping us, and you can easily tell he loves his profession. I have turned to Che for real-estate advice on multiple occasions even when there was no commission involved for him. He'll offer the same great service regardless. Simply put, you can not go wrong with Che as your realtor. I'd give 10 stars if I could.</p>
