We have dealt with over a dozen realtors in our real estate dealings.Generally let down by apathy, they list, they call once then just wait for someone else to sell the property while it sits on mls . Che was totally different, he gave suggestions, sent regular emails and text messages, all the while with the same objective as us .. sell asap at the best price Che even went beyond by buying and setting up garage controllers for us .. cool would totally recommend Che if oyu want a keen realtor who truly does service his clients

I was very happy with the service from Che regarding the sale of my condo. The sale took place within a month of signing on with Che. During the process he kept me up to date on what was happening and gave back feedback from viewings. He kept me updated with other condos selling in my building to ensure that pricing was in line with others. His level of communication was great. I would recommend Che to others wanting to list their property.
