We just moved to Edmonton from a different province, so didn't know this area at all. Che really guided us by educating us about the different areas....the pros and cons of each area, and that was very helpful. Che was very knowledgeable and yet respectful of our opinions. I felt very comfortable to voice my opinion and did not feel like I was pushed to buy. When we found the house we wanted, he made sure that was what we absolutely wanted and guided us through the whole process. With Che, It was not business at all time, Che has a great sense of humor, and we had some good laughs. I will definitely recommend Che to anyone who wants an excellent realtor. Che is also willing to view any property you find and was able to fit in tight timelines and off hour appointments to suit busy schedules.
