We have had such a great experience working with Cheryl. As first time home buyers, we were very new to the process and had zero background information on buying a house and things to look for in buying a house. She provided great perspective, was very professional and make the process much less intimidating. While we were battling a difficult market to find the house of our dreams in our price range, Cheryl always stayed positive for us and was ready to jump on the perfect house the minute it was posted. This helped us get our dream home. Cheryl's professionalism with the seller realtor, great ideas on how to get a competitive edge on our offer and knowledge on the current market and what price could win us the property was what ultimately landed us our dream house! We were so happy we got to work with Cheryl and will be recommending her to all our friends and family.

Cheryl guided us through preparing our home, bringing (and funding!) a stager, who did an amazing job. The photos too were stunning. The house was sold in 24 hours. Cheryl walked us through the negotiation for our sale and referred us to a great Realtor in the city where we're headed. She's been with us every step of the way. I've already referred her to three people.

Cheryl came well prepared to our first meeting and was well informed about our rental property and the neighbourhood. She was able to get our property on the market and sold very quickly as we were hoping. She has also been extremely effective in dealing with our tenant and the buyer and kept us informed of all of the negotiations which has removed a major burden of stress.
