Our family recently engaged Cheryl to help sell a condo that was owned by our aging Mother, This was our second time using Cheryl's services. As indicated by the 5-Star rating across the board, Cheryl met or exceeded our families expectations in al aspects of her duties. In completing the sale, Cheryl did all of the following in a timely, professional, flexible, and thorough manner: - Researched the market and kept us well-informed of her findings and recommendations - Provided sound advice regarding the staging and photographing of the property - Marketed the property via all of the appropriate methods; which found us a qualified buyer - Provided assistance with the negotiations; keeping our Mother's best interests at heart - Handled all of the paperwork and administrative aspects of the sale - Worked with us to get things done and signed ..... despite the challenges imposed by COVID - Adjusted her communications style to deal very effectively with our aging Mother; ensuring that our Mother was kept informed and engaged in a manner that reflected our Mother's challenges with mobility, hearing, technology, etc. - Kept all of us well informed about critical activities, timelines, etc. Our entire family would highly recommend Cheryl, and will certainly engage her as a realtor when the need arises in the future.

We went through a lengthy process to find the realtor that was right for our family. Cheryl resonated with us because of her authenticity and amount of knowledge she presented in our initial meeting. Throughout the whole process Cheryl was always available for questions we might have and was a good support through the stressful time of selling. Cheryl also showed us she wasn't above lending a helping hand when needed to make sure everything was ready for the pictures and showings. Cheryl also had a n appreciation for the character of the home and had the tools to ensure it was marketed towards the correct buyer pool so it had a quick sale, which ours did. And finally Cheryl was a go with the flow kind of realtor when she needed to be, such as being patient as we packed everything up from the house. But she also was able to provide firm deadlines, when needed, that we worked together towards. It was a great experience working with Cheryl and I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
