The listing description was excellent, the pictures were terrific, not to mention the communication, diligence in working with other realtors, and guidance was tireless. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone. She was very knowledgeable about the current market and put a lot of time and thought into pricing our condo. She clearly outlined the steps of the sale, what costs we could expect and what our take home amount would be. Cheryl is easy to communicate with, responds promptly to questions and made the whole experience an enjoyable one.

Cheryl is awesome! We added another investment condo with Cheryl’s help five years ago. That went very smoothly thanks to her abilities. We recently decided to prune our portfolio of two rental condos. Cheryl had a great read on the market. Her analysis of the market brought multiple listing in three days. We had been observing some other condos, which were very similar to our units, which came on at a very aggressive price and I thought great, as a seller you want get as much as possible, but they did not sell and prices have since dropped following where Cheryl had us. On our second unit in the same complex, Cheryl lined up a “runner up buyer” and the unit was c/s as soon as it went onto the MLS. Regardless of if you are buying or selling, Cheryl does her home work and knows the market. She is prompt, professional, and a joy to work with. We have recommended Cheryl to friends and family - and the results have been the same, everyone was thrilled with how things worked out. Cheryl is an excellent realtor. A true professional - I would recommend her to anybody, especially first time homebuyers! Cheryl made the whole experience comfortable and approachable, with a few good laughs along the way!

Cheryl rocks. Literally. She knew the communities we were looking to buy in and even suggested some of the pitfalls that we might encounter (poly b). She respected our wishes for what we wanted and kept us within our budget in a competitive market. She provided lighting quick updates via text, call and in-person meetings to ensure we had real time data to make quick decisions.
