Cheryl is an excellent Realtor. She is extremely experienced and has strong negotiating skills. She also helped to stage our home prior to listing so it looked its best. Cheryl listened to our concerns and responded quickly to any questions we had.

She listens to her clients and understands exactly what they are looking for. She has her finger on the pulse of the real estate market and she will find you the perfect home. Cheryl has many connections in the industry and the supporting crafts people. We started looking at the market seven years before we met Cheryl. As soon as we met her we had purchased our new home within days and sold our home of 29 years within a couple of weeks. Besides being an expert she is honest, forthcoming and fun. What a great experience having her as our Realtor. We highly recommend Cheryl.
