My experience with Cheryl Barnes as my realtor made selling my home and buying my new property a great experience. I have bought and sold many homes over the years but I have never had such an easy time selling. Cheryl organized the staging of my home, was very informative, knowledgeable about the current market and pricing, she was an expert with negotiating the sale, and pleasant to deal with. Cheryl was always quick to respond to any question I had and had a way of making me feel like I was her only client (even though she runs a busy practice). I am happy to say that my house sold for full price even though the market had softened. My experience with her was top notch and I will be using her again in the future. I highly recommend Cheryl Barnes to anyone thinking of buying or selling! Thanks Cheryl! :)

Cheryl was fantastic . We were buying and selling for the first time in a market that was not super busy . Cheryl was able to give us all of the advice and knowledge we needed to navigate the slower period . She made us feel comfortable and at ease through a really stressful time. She stands up for her clients and does what is in their best interest . Communion was great , we never felt bad for asking questions. She was always back to us very quickly. Weather you are selling a little condo like us or a large home Cheryl treats everyone equally . We never felt as though we were fighting for her time or were unimportant. My family is in a new home we love and we have Cheryl to thank for that .
