The was the second time in just over a year my wife, Emma and I, have had the pleasure to work with Cheryl. However, this time it was to find our dream home and boy did she ever deliver! First of all, Cheryl is a delight to work with. This was probably one of the biggest commitments we’ll ever make, so it was essential to have a real estate professional who was knowledgeable, vastly experienced and who respected and cared about our individual needs and also made us feel prioritized as clients. Cheryl is that person. She was confident our previous home would sell quickly and she sold it in just under a month on the market. In the meantime, she helped us find our dream home in the same neighborhood which we absolutely love and wanted to raise our little family. With being out of province buyers, Cheryl was very helpful and knowledgeable about the areas and types of units we should consider, and informed us about strata properties we should avoid with concerns of special levies. We are very happy with the property we purchased. We did have some difficult negotiations with the seller, but Cheryl navigated it in a timely and professional manner.
