<p>We bought a house in Langford and sold a condo in Victoria. We followed her directions and those of her stager to prep the condo for sale. Once we had confirmation of the date to close the house Cheryl already had everything ready for the condo. We listed right away and in a fast a furious 4 days had 28 viewings with 4 over asking price offers. When a tree fell on our house prior to closing she went out of her way to ensure our interests were protected prior to closing. We had issues with insurance and she went the extra mile to arrange for it herself allowing us to close on the house. We would highly recommend Cheryl for purchasing and selling anywhere in Victoria. Her active and direct approach to real estate makes her an excellent choice.</p>
