<p>I met Cheryl over the internet while trying to find a good agent to work with for my pending move to Victoria BC from Oakville ON. Cheryl was the only agent who stayed with me over the 3 month period while we were searching for the best location and house that would meet our needs. I found Cheryl to be an extremely good listener, hard working and dedicated to her client. Through her expertise, we slowly narrowed down the location and then the type of house we wanted. Once she had established what we wanted she took it upon herself to find us our new home. We settled on one house that my wife really liked and again Cheryl went and not only took a look around the outside but also got into the house without even asking us to do so. Her recommendation back to us was don't buy this house, it's not what you want and the finishes are also not what you are looking for. This home was $1.4m. We found another home and again she took it upon herself to go and inspect the house inside and out.This house was a little cheaper but a far better built house with all the finishes we wanted, great layout and incredible view. Because Cheryl new what we wanted and we had the confidence in her we bought this house sight unseen. Cheryl arranged the house inspection on our behalf which again was completed with all the expertise you could ask for. Two weeks later we saw the house for the first time and it was everything we could have asked for. Having an agent who can listen to your needs and wants and is quick to respond to your requests with constructive criticism, guidance and answers is very important. We can only say the Cheryl represented us and her company with complete professionalism. Thank you so much Cheryl.</p>
