This was my second time working with Cheryl (the first was in June 2016) and I had an excellent experience working with her each time. Cheryl knows how to move fast in hot markets but also makes sure you're not rushing into something without having all the relevant details first. Each time we purchased with her the market was pretty aggressive and at times it felt very disheartening to see things going so fast and feel like we didn't stand a chance compared to more aggressive buyers, but Cheryl knew how to stay the course (and help me keep my calm) and in the end both times we found a dream property within a month. Will definitely be working with her again if we are ever buying or selling in the Victoria area. I highly recommend working with her.

As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous about finding the right realtor. We really struck gold with Cheryl. She knows Victoria like the back of her hand, and listened to what our priorities were and found us the perfect place. She was incredibly honest and I trust her more than my own mother. Hopefully we won't need Cheryl's services soon, but if we do, would not hesitate at all at calling her up.

We feel enormously lucky to have worked with Cheryl in buying a home for the first time, especially while we were living in different parts of the province/country. She was extremely knowledgeable and communicative, with a keen eye for both small, important details and the big picture (e.g. assessing perimeter drainage systems and navigating the market in the middle of a pandemic). Although we never felt pressured, she shared her professional opinion if we asked for it and helped us dodge numerous bullets. She also connected us with professionals such as electricians, inspectors and a mortgage broker who made the whole process much more seamless. We're thrilled with our new home, and I strongly recommend working with Cheryl!
