Cheryl is the best realtor we've ever dealt with (between my spouse and me, we've bought and sold a dozen houses over the years). We really appreciated Cheryl's friendly manner, matter-of-fact approach, and clear guidance. When the vendor's side slipped up on the closing day - a Friday - it meant the end of normal business hours came and went without our purchase having been completing properly. Cheryl went the extra mile to chase down the people needed to sort things out, and we finally got possession at 7:30 p.m. Without her help, we face the prospect of being stuck in a hotel for at least a night, or even the whole weekend.

Cheryl recently helped us sell our condo and purchase another. Cheryl is very knowledgeable, listened to our needs, gave us time to think, helped us manage through the process and was always a text away. Cheryl is very hands on and has a good sense of humour. We’d highly recommend Cheryl
