Working with Chelsea has been great! Chelsea was very attentive to our needs and requests, quick and easy to communicate with and just generally a nice person to work with. All the stages of the process starting from showings, all the way through offers and ending with the purchase were smooth and efficient, thanks to Chelsea’s professionalism. Absolutely satisfied!

Chelsea, is a breath of fresh air each time you see her. She encourages us to believe we will find the home we are looking for and we will sell our home for what we are asking for. She is honest but in a very subtle way . We make the changes that she recommends and sends in her stager just before marketing our house. Suddenly, we see the video of our house and all we say is, “is this really our home”? It looks fabulous and when we sell, we are so confident in what we have to offer. I seriously believe we would have not done nearly as well with another agent. Hamre team has all the people and resources we need to bring our home from mediocre to fabulous! On the same note, when you want to look and look again , she is always there until we find the right one. Thanks Chelsea and the Hamrea team for making “selling our home” and “buying a new one”, so much more pleasant than we ever imagined.

We had a great experience working with Chelsea looking for our first home together. She is very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in and was able to guide us to find a house that we loved! She’s very attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions we had. When it was time to put the offer in, she advised us of all the steps, and gave us recommendations for inspections and lawyers as well.
