Chantelle was amazing! She asked us lots of questions to help us determine what we would like in our home. What she didnt know about the neighbourhood we were looking into she did her homework on. She was super timely on all updates and followed-up on everything that she promised to get back to us about. She made sure to walk us through every detail and the next steps we needed to do. No question was too big or small. And she did it all with a big smile. If/when we are ready to move on to our new home she will be my first call. You will not be disappointed by Chantelle. She is amazing!

Chantelle assisted us in selling our home and purchasing a new one. She provided great advice on repairs we should make to improve the sale-ability of our home; making sure the money we spent would get us the most return. She educated us on what a fair list price was and helped us sell our home within a few weeks! As we searched for our new home Chantelle was very patient as we didn't know what we wanted or even where. She showed us a variety of houses and was very patient and helpful in helping us prioritize our needs and wants. When it came down to making an offer on our dream home her experience really showed through. She explained to us the various market factors and helped us create a fair offer that made negotiations pain free. Chantelle goes above and beyond what a usual Real Estate Agent should and I feel that I wouldn't want to deal with anybody else.
