Chantelle is without a doubt the best Realtor in Calgary! Chantelle took care of everything from start to finish. We called her to indicate we were looking to sell and she came by and walked us through the process and then went through our house and made suggestions for staging and maximizing our showing potential. When it came time to list, she kept us fully apprised of the process and set up the photographer for a time that worked for us. Once the photos were back, she posted the listing and we were off. She priced our home perfectly given that we had considerable interest with 29 showing requests over a four day stretch. We also had six competing offers that were increasingly attractive and, ultimately, we sold our house over list and for more than my wife and I could have ever imagined possible. She then guided us through the conditions process leading up to closing on our ideal possession date. It wasn’t until after conditions were removed and we were joking about the whirlwind that was our sale, that we found out how many calls she fielded and the hours and hours she put in to get us all the competing offers. She also came by the day before we gave up possession to ensure everything was ready for the purchasers and that we were ready for the handover. Throughout everything, she was always willing to take our calls and made sure we were comfortable with the process through every step. I cannot say enough good things about Chantelle! If you’re looking to buy or sell, you’d be crazy to call anyone else!

Chantelle took the time to understand my needs and wants for my first home and helped me understand how to narrow my search because I was so open to various locations, age of building and told me when to run from a property I was "seeing potential" in. She looked into various questions and concerns I had with neighboring properties, upcoming projects and got concrete answers about a renovation within the building. She went over and above assisting me in finding a contractor that would be able to complete the renovations. She's a fierce negotiator and got the purchase price to where I was comfortable. Not only does Chantelle's experience make a big difference in understanding the process but she's a lot of fun to house hunt with, highly communicative, thoughtful and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening.
