My family and I relocated to Toronto for work and left behind our property in Calgary with tenants. When we decided to sell our Calgary home at challenging job market, during a pandemic, while we were physically located in Toronto -- it was a daunting prospect. We met Chantelle through a close family friend and she immediately organized and mobilized the sale process. She gave us a detailed home inspection after the tenants left and identified problems that even the property manager missed. She made recommendations for cleaning and repair that were very practical and even personally took care of small fixable issues like small scratches and smudges or an unpolished sink to help us out because we couldn't do it ourselves. Chantelle's kindness and generous nature went a long way in assuaging our anxiety as out-of-town sellers. Chantelle took care to communicate in a timely and thorough way -- she even thoughtfully factored in our time zones when she called or texted. We were at awe at how quickly she executed on unexpected hurtles from trying to arrange for cleaner to go to a vacant house, (they didn't read the email instructions on how to open the door) a mysteriously missing garage opener (tenant only handed in one), and navigating an open house during COVID (Lysol wipes for every surface). It was easy to trust her implicitly -- and she proved our instincts right. With thorough research and thought she put in, we were able to price the house correctly and within a day, we had an offer. Not only that, Chantelle was able to secure a secondary offer the next day. Our buyers were equally happy and satisfied working with her. We can't say enough amazing things about Chantelle. She is incredibly efficient, trustworthy, charming, knowledgeable, and she works like a whirlwind. I have never felt more at ease selling our home and we had to do it under a number of challenging factors. The whole process was so smooth that I still can't believe we managed to pull it off in under a month. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends in Calgary and feel good knowing they were in her very capable hands. I can attest that she is by far the best realtor you will ever have the pleasure to work with.

Chantelle also gave me tips on items I should replace and repair to ensure the property showed better and allowed me to sell the property quicker. Chantelle was excellent in understanding and accommodating our needs as we changed our minds. She came up with almost daily houses to consider and even took us through FaceTime to see the houses and condos as we did not live in the city where we were purchasing. In the end we did buy a house that we had not seen before committing to buy. It felt risky but really it shouldn’t have because I really felt I knew what I was buying Chantelle showed us things through FaceTime and even went with the house inspector to show us what he found. In a time if Covid19 we were delighted with the overall service, finding our needs and going the extra mile. We had no idea who to contact for insurance, heating, and lawyers. Chantelle gave us help 100% of the way with several suggestions for each. She even recommended getting quotes on different companies which saved us more money Thank you Chantelle for making this purchase easy.
