Definitely had a great experience with Chad as my realtor. He really thought outside the box when it came to promoting My condo in the time of COVID which was a difficult way to start off the sale of my property. He made a fantastic video showing as many eyes as possible my condo without exposing them to any virus concerns. If I had any concerns or questions he was always available to talk it through

Chad came into my life at just the right time. It was time for me to sell and relocate but the task was daunting. I needed someone to trust. Chad came alongside me and helped with decluttering, packing and staging of my home. He helped me with trips to the dump and local charities with donations. As a widow, I loved that he explained every step and made me feel comfortable as we went through the process. He even set me straight when I lost control sometimes and my mouth got moving faster than my brain. He was always prompt, actually he always arrived a couple of minutes early and always respectful. In the end, he sold my home the day it was listed and for almost the entire price I was asking. But Chad's work did not stop there. He worked alongside my realtor in Maple Ridge, my movers and helped me keep organized with all the small details like the cleaners, landscapers, my change of address and bills and even my Acorn stair lift. On moving day, he even assisted with the final packing and cleaning. I appreciate that nothing in life is free but Chad's vast contacts within the community helped to keep the expenses under control. If we needed something he seemed to always have a person to call on. Chad's compassion and attention to detail made this move possible for me. Without him, it would never have happened. I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years but no real estate agent has ever stepped up like this young man did. I consider it a blessing to have had Chad come into my life and make this move possible.

Chad was approachable, knowledgeable, and personal, after meeting Chad at an open house , he followed up an inquiry that we had . When we contacted Chad to discuss listing our house he contacted us right away, wasn't expecting that . Chad did his research on market trends for our area and explained where our house should be priced. Our house was on the market for about a week , then the inquiries started to happen. When it was time to find a forever home Chad listen to our requirements , made some suggestions , we did a drive by first before viewing, as the location had to be what we wanted. If you are a detailed person then Chad is your agent, that is the one thing that makes the difference when you are selling/buying real estate. We are lucky to have found Chad and know that he is there for us, the experience was great and would recommend Chad to our friends .
