Cathy has sold 3 houses for us over the years and we are very please with all her hard work and how attentive she is to all our needs . This last house was our mother's home and Cathy was very patient with her and looked after her very well, as we do not live in Edmonton any more , She even found a lawyer for her and kept calling her with info about the people that were looking at the home . Cathy assisted us downsizing, a complex and stressful process. If we established a high standard real estate agent, she would be the one. Cathy is knowledgeable, buyer/seller oriented, precise and professional. Cathy was always available and in permanent contact with her client. It would have been hard to think of better assistance than what we received from her.
