I loved working with Cathy, she was patient (I haven’t bought a house in 30 years), honest and ethical. She showed me a variety of houses that fit my needs. She is highly knowledgeable and walked me through the process of selling my old home and buying my new one. She was a joy to work with and I would absolutely recommend her for anyone buying or selling their home.

Cathy Hawkins is a fantastic realtor! She is an excellent communicator and brings integrity, professionalism and her extensive real estate experience to every transaction. Cathy truly cares about her clients and it shows! She always keeps you in the loop and works hard to ensure she understands exactly what you are looking for. We have worked together on a number of transactions, both buying and selling property over the past 5 years. When selling a property, she does extensive market research to ensure your list price is within market, gives great advice on things that might enhance the showings and works very cooperatively with potential purchasers and their realtors. When buying a property, she makes sure that she understands exactly what you are looking for and the price range. I wouldn’t think about working with any other Realtor. Thanks Cathy!!

Cathy is amazing!! Cathy is very kind, caring, thoughtful, honest (not pushy in any way), a great listener, punctual, and the list could go on and on. Cathy is the best agent I’ve ever used. She’s communicative and knowledgeable. All showings were reported on very quickly and she contacted us before every showing and advised when the prospective buyer had left. She even fixed a rain spout on the house! She’s great with elderly clients and listened to my mom’s needs and did kept her informed. She’s personable, prompt and flexible and smart. Top notch!
