Cathy is the best agent I’ve ever used. She’s communicative and knowledgeable. All showings were reported on very quickly and she contacted us before every showing and advised when the prospective buyer had left. She even fixed a rain spout on the house! She’s great with elderly clients and listened to my mom’s needs and did kept her informed. She’s personable, prompt and flexible and smart. Top notch!

Cathy has sold 3 houses for us over the years and we are very please with all her hard work and how attentive she is to all our needs .
