This is one of the easiest and most enjoyable reviews I have ever had the pleasure to share. Cathy Hawkins has helped us sell and purchase four homes, the last one being an acreage. When selling our homes Cathy was extremely knowledgeable about what our homes were valued at when listing and surpassed our expectations in the time and effort she put forth promoting them. She was always patient and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about getting the home ready for showings. When purchasing a new home she was very helpful in choosing a good location and directing our attention to potential money we would have to spend after purchasing the house. Cathy found the perfect acreage for us taking location, price and size into consideration. Cathy is the only realtor we would ever use and would highly recommend her to anyone and have numerous times. A true gem and a very classy lady. A definite 10 out of 10!!!!!

While growing up in the beautiful neighbourhood of Strathearn, my sister and I would occasionally hear our parents mention the name Cathy Hawkins. At a very young age we learned that Cathy was the person responsible for so much of our happiness as she had gone to great lengths to get my parents into their dream home. Cathy's name would come up every year around Christmas time because that is when we would receive her calendar for the New Year. Each year, when we would flip through the new calendar, my parents would remind us of how exceptional Cathy was to deal with and how she did everything she could to find our parents the perfect home. This left an indelible impression. Such was the impression left by Cathy that when the time came for me to begin searching for a house of my own I did not have to search for a realtor ... all I had to do was reach out to Cathy. She kindly responded to my email in about three minutes and within a few days we were meeting at a house for a viewing. After a fairly extensive search, Cathy found exactly what I was looking for in the perfect area. Cathy made what many would perceive as a long, agonizing process seem very straightforward. She is a consummate professional and clearly loves her chosen vocation. Cathy is kind, caring, meticulous, attentive, patient and precise. She embodies all of the qualities and attributes you would hope to find in a realtor, and then some. It has been a privilege working with Cathy.

We met Cathy Hawkins in the mid 80’s and she helped us with our first home purchase. We have used Cathy for several other Real Estate transactions over the years since then. She had always been professional, helpful, honest and personable. We have remained friends since then and would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Cathy was extremely helpful when it came to purchasing our new home. As first time home buyers we were in great hands as she walked us through the process, explaining everything we needed to know along the way. She's a wealth of knowledge and truly an expert at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home!

I was in the business for a number of years so I know a good realtor from a bad one. Cathy is one of the best. She has a deep understanding of the market. Combine that with her integrity and honesty and you get a professional that gives you all the information you need to make the decision that is right for you. She has sold a number of properties over the years on my, and my relatives, behalf (based on my recommendation) - I would not choose anyone else.
