<p>After many years of looking for the right house and many real estate agents we were at a loss. Maybe too picky ? We were referred to Catherine. She began to gather what exactly we were looking for and the areas we wanted to be in. From here we looked at numerous houses. All fit our needs and wants , but we were still waiting for the one. Then one Saturday morning we found our dream house. Catherine was very prompt in advising us we needed to act and utilized her skills to get us the house. The professionalism and knowledge she gave us was definitely the deciding factor . Catherine Schellenberg has now sold two properties for me and recently helped me find my dream home. She is confident and assertive, but at no point puts pressure on you as a buyer or seller.
