Catherine is always professional and beyond in her ability to sell. Unfortunately I was selling during a pandemic and took a over a year. Because of the pandemic I am unable to buy a house as the prices are extremely high even for a small 2 bedroom bungalow. Thankfully Catherine guidance and wisdom helped to keep me on the right track.

Catherine was highly recommended to us by our agent in Alberta and was great to work with. We were coming from out of province to buy a new home and were not familiar with the Manitoba real estate market. We were looking for an agent who was very knowledgeable, able to provide her insights and answer our questions honestly. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she said so and would get back to us with an answer. Catherine more than met all of our expectations. We would not hesitate to use her in any future transactions and recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional agent.
