Catherine was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable first and foremost, as a first time home buyer this was extremely important and helped make buying my first property simple. She answered all of my questions without any issue and was there every step of the way which meant alot.

Catherine worked with me to sell my house and we began the process of looking for my next place. I was impressed with her patience and careful explanations of both processes, so that I felt I understood what was needed and what was to come.

She not only help me sell my house that was located in not the most desirable area of Winnipeg, she also spent countless hours driving to several rural Manitoba towns to help us find our dream house. She was able to sell my house in Winnipeg in 12 days, negotiated a long possession date to give us time to find a new home. After the house was sold she remained part of the process up in till the day the house transferred possession. She even went back to the house the day of the new owners possession to take a water reading for me because i forgot, above and beyond my expectations! The purchasing process was more then just looking for a house we were also picking a new town/community. Catherine was honest and fair with her assessments of each property we looked at. I never felt rushed to buy a house, even with a 3 month timeline. In the end the dream house we wanted was a private sale and Catherine helped navigate that situation and negotiated us a good deal. I could not recommend Catherine enough. If you are considering hiring her for either the sale or purchase of a house. Just do it. You will not be disappointed.

Catherine was professional, easy to communicate with, answered calls and messages in a timely manner, and went beyond the call of duty by answering my questions even after the deal was closed when she could legitimately have walked away. I appreciate her willingness to help whenever she could, as well as her kind and respectful manner. I feel fortunate to have had Catherine as my agent.

Catherine was an amazing agent. We were first time condo buyers, she educated us on the process of condo purchasing and the actual working of a condo corporation etc. She has knowledge of the current market, and is familiar with all areas of the city. She was quick to set up viewings of all properties and arrived on time with current sales in the area for comparables. She got us an amazing condo and worked with us through the purchase process, and after our purchase and prior to possession met us at the condo so that we could have contractors in to estimate for some renovations. Catherine went above and beyond what was expected, I would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home (house or condo).
