Caralee was fantastic to work with. We had to do much of our work remotely as I was purchasing in Edmonton but live out of town. Any questions I had she promptly took care of through the whole process. Would definitely use again.

Cara was absolutely fantastic to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions about the process and procedures for purchasing a house, and she was not only patient but enthusiastic about answering all of them as soon as they came up. My partner and I had specific goals for what we wanted in our first home and Caralee really proved that she listened by showing us houses that really matched what we wanted. I couldn't recommend her enough!!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Carelee. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with Caralee and we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on (she even did room measurements for us!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Caralee walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Caralee for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Caralee to them!
