Caralee's local knowledge was invaluable, coming from someone who has never lived in Edmonton. We looked at a dozen apartments all over the city to get a good feel of what neighborhoods would work for me. I found my new home in a great location, and underbudget! I'm ecstatic with all of her help and advice, I would recommend her services to anyone. I'd give her 6/5 if I could.

Right from our initial conversations, I could tell Caralee was the one I wanted to put my trust in to do this with. She was very honest in what areas are both right for me and about listings that were less desirable for myself even when it would have benefitted her to have said otherwise. Her communication is awesome and she really puts in the effort all around. With Caralees help, I bought my first home and I couldn't feel any better about my choice of realtor and would recommend Caralee to anyone.

The market timing of this sale was challenging to say the least. A lot of houses in the neighbourhood were sitting for months without any action. However Caralee's commitent to open houses as well as the top notch photography of the property resulted in a ton of interest. Property sold and all parties happy when that's definitely not the default case these days! Thanks Caralee!
