I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Caralee. She is FANTASTIC! We are first time home buyers, and she’s been so extremely patient with us. We’ve been through some ups and downs together, and she’s been by our side through it all, always encouraging and supportive. We wouldn’t be able to go through this experience and find our perfect home without her. 10/10 would trust her with my eyes closed.

Caralee was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of my sale. She held my hand through a mini renovation before sale, and handled staging to make sure my space was fresh, welcoming and ready to roll. Her knowledge of the Edmonton market place along with her passion, dedication, attention to detail & makes working with her a no brainer!

Caralee was amazing to work with. We moved from BC to Alberta and weren't sure what town we wanted to move to, she drove a huge amount to show us multiple houses in different towns and was a huge help in finding the right place for us. She is very communicative throughout the process and was fun to work with. Absolutely would recommend her

Cara was super patient and accommodating, helped me dial in on what I need in a place. Relaxed but professional. Big help through a new-to-me process! Her go-to associates were excellent as well. Rob and Maurice are excellent resources.

Caralee just helped my partner and I buy our first house and I could not be happier! She was attentive and knowledgeable (even when I asked A MILLION questions!) and she was totally open to viewing wherever our whimsy took us on any particular day. Additionally, she gave us awesome advice to personalize our offer and help us win without even a counter negotiation from the sellers! 5 star experience and her number one priority was making sure we got a house that felt like home.

Caralee sold me my first property and made what could be a scary experience into such a pleasant one! She was happy to show me more properties when I got cold feet on the one I had an accepted offer on (was in the conditional period), without making me feel bad about it whatsoever. I ended up spending the day looking at more properties with her, which confirmed the one I was already in on was, indeed, the right place for me! She has helped me at every step, guiding me with what to do or what things mean, and I am sooooo grateful I chose her as my Realtor! 100/10 would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property!
