<p>Bryon came highly recommended to me from a colleague at work as a very good realtor. I was in involved in an estate sale, and met with Bryon a number of times at the older bungalow in Glamorgan, SW, Calgary. While the home was solid, it was dated and needed quite alot of work. Bryon shared with me the comparables of Active, Pending and Sold Listings and showed me his marketing plan. He generated a favorable sale within 45 days. I would definitely use Bryon and his team in future transactions and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.<br /> Bryon knows the area very well, and really worked hard to get the property lots of exposure and showings.</p>

<p>Bryon and his team recently sold our condo that was being rented during part of the sales process. We were concerned that the tenant may not be very cooperative, however, Bryon told us he has lots of experiencing working with and selling Tenanted Rental properties in Calgary and Surrounding area. In the end, he was not able to win over the tenants ... and they refused nearly all showings. Soon enough, the tenants left & Bryon was able to sell the condo quickly. I would not hestiate to recommend he and his team the future.</p> <p>Bryon is very personable and easy to work with. I was very impressed with the communication he had with us as well as the technology services he has.</p> <p>He came through for me with that energy and was always quick to respond to emails and resourceful for finding answers.</p>
