<p>Bryon and team was an awesome experience. We have talked to many agents and interviewed them but none of them impressed us more than Bryon and team did. They give us all the information we needed before we list our home.<br /> In the beginning he advised us on how to make our home more attractive to impress and catch customer's eye. We followed his advise and got our home sold in 4 days!! He and his team was always on top of everything, updating us with everything that he did. <p>The world we live in now is more attuned to social media outlets.<br /> Call me old fashioned but I like the face to face contact and a firm hand shake on signing a contract. Bryon was the third real estate agent we interviewed. He became our choice as he shared his: professionalism; enthusiasm, experience of real estate with us in person; and bottom line more money than the first two real estate agents thought we could get for our home.<br /> Bryon's knowledge of real estate saw the opportunity for us to put our house on the market as quickly as possible. This created a very tight one week timeline. Professional home staging meetings (research says it helps to sell your home by up to 78% sooner). Staging completed; carpets were cleaned. Next day Bryon's professional photographer came to our home. (She helped tremendously in easing my stress level; a god sent gift). She took excellent pictures showing the interior/exterior of our home in it's best. Our home went on the MLS listing the next day; a week after signing with The Howard Team.<br /> There are newer ways of doing business than when we bought our current home 15 years ago. There are apps for showing times for seller/buyer; secure online measures for signing contracts. This helped speed up the time line of selling and a feeling of security even for this old fashioned girl. We were conditionally sold twice... The 2nd C/S conditions were met two weeks after signing with the Howard Team. Throughout this process we had constant contact via phone, text and email from almost all members of the Howard Team. When all was said and done; the Howard Team was able to get us 40K more than the other real estate agent had suggested.<br /> We had another face to face meeting with Bryon after the C/S. We presented Bryon with a performance rating report card on how we felt things went. Bryon was a bit surprised but he is very eager to build an even stronger team. Thank you Bryon for being such a good sport.<br /> Being retired we were not in a huge hurry to sell but we wanted to move onto to the next stage of our lives.<br /> With the help of the Howard Team we are now on our way to the next new exciting chapter of our lives.<br /> Thank you Bryon Howard & team.</p>
