<p><br /> I recently worked with Bryon in selling my investment property in Cedar Brae, SW, Calgary. Since I was an "out of town" seller, it was a bit challenging. He was very attentive to everything I needed and assisted easily with stumbling blocks along the way. Bryon and his team were very responsive and thorough with every part of the process. I highly recommend The Howard Team!</p>

<p>The Howard Team set us up with Shawn to some home perusing around Calgary and wow did Shawn got the job done for us. Right from the word "Go" we were really impressed with his accessibility and response time. Even if it was late on a Friday evening he was there for us and helped us get way more house than we had originally imagined. Shawn's background as a builder proved extremely valuable throughout the search.<br /> He went to bat for us and he hit it out of the park. Thanks Shawn for helping us find a home that we love and thanks for dealing with our indecisiveness here and there.</p>

<p>I recently worked with Bryon, Shirley, and their team in selling my home in Walden. I was a first time buyer but had decided to sell because the house was a little too far out from the city centre. I was fairly new to whole process and they were very attentive to everything I needed, and were quick to respond to my many questions and concerns. I interviewed several Realtors and was most impressed with Bryon’s professionalism and seemingly relentless energy for his customers. Despite the difficult sellers market at the time, Bryon and team worked hard and found a buyer for my home at my asking price. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!</p>

<p>I'm writing this review to thank the Howard team. There are very few businesses that are worthy of a review and even fewer that are worthy of the title great. The team of professionals on the Howard team are truly great. The passion they have for what they do makes dealing with them easy and effortless, I almost wish I had an endless supply of houses to sell. Bryon goes to an exhaustive effort to arm you with the information you need to make informed decisions, and when you are dealing with what is for most people the largest asset you might have in your life and how it can effect your quality of life that is very important. The last thing I need in my life is a pushy quick to sell salesman, and thankfully that is not what Bryon and his team are. They take the time to understand you situation, reason for selling and what you are trying to accomplish, and this was very important for me and my family. Every detail is looked after with professionalism, from the pro photographer, to the drone company that shot video of the whole ranch, the listing material was second to none. We are in a very challenging market right now, that did not deter Bryon from getting maximum value.<br /> I'm not merely making a recommendation, I'm telling you the Howard team is Great at what they do, and in a world of ok and sub bar businesses you should choose a great business for life's major decisions.</p> <p>I sincerely wish to thank all of the members of the Howard team for being great.</p> <p>C Graham</p>

<p>Bryon was very helpful in working with an overseas friend of mine who was trying to purchase an investment property. After trying several agents, he asked me if I knew someone who could help him as he wasn't getting anywhere. I knew Bryon would be able to help him and would be persistent in finding the right property.</p>
