<p>Great service. Took us to many homes in a short time, as we were just up from North Van, for a few days. We were very pleased with his service.</p>

<p>We were referred to Bruce by our Maple Ridge Remax Agent, Debbie Stevens. We found Bruce to be very pleasant and easy to deal with and eager to please. However, he didn't appear to know much about mobile homes or the locations of various parks in this area. Given that, he did find us the ideal home and location, based on the parameters we gave him.</p> <p>We have been very happy here and love the size, layout and location of our mobile home.</p>

<p>Bruce was very helpful. We moved here from out of province so we did not know any areas. He knew what areas to avoid. He seemed to read our minds with each house we saw. He knew right away if the house was a possibility or not. Bruce was also helpful with all the paperwork. He was always available when we needed him. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to contact Bruce. We love the house we ended up buying. Thank you so much Bruce!!</p>

<p>Bruce is an exceptional realtor. He is caring, and knowledgeable. He worked patiently with my mother who doesn't have great English, but made her feel very secure in her decisions. I would recommend him to anybody in the Okanagan.</p>
