<p>We found Bruce to be very knowledgeable of the Kelowna market, professional in his approach, and very helpful in advising on general requirements for relocating to the area.</p>

<p>We had such great service from Bruce when we were looking for a property in Kelowna last summer. He was highly recommended by our son who bought his house through Bruce when he moved his family from the Fraser Valley the previous year. We are also from the lower mainland so Bruce was a wealth of knowledge on the different neighbourhoods and the rental market in each area. We were able to buy a home that we will move to in a couple of years when we will also make the move to the sunny Okanagan. There was never any pressure to decide.<br /> We too would highly recommend Bruce's services to everyone. He truly acts with his clients best interests at heart.</p>

He is very polite and has the patience of a saint, (which was tested when I got stressed). We highly recommend him to any one needing a realtor for buying or selling.</p>

<p>Bruce has very good knowledge of prices of homes within different areas of kelowna and West Kelowna. Bruce negotiates only on your behalf and he explains clearly if anything develops within the sale or buy of your home. A worry less experience hands down.</p>
