<p>Bruce was fantastic! We have bought and sold a few times in the past and he was by far the best agent we have worked with. He was referred to us by a family member and I am glad we went with him. No pressure, easy going, knowledgable and always made himself available. If he was busy, he would text us with a reason he did not answer and a specific time with which he would get back to us. When we had inquiries for different properties, he would email the listings over very quickly. In the end, he found us the perfect house and got us a great price.We couldn't be happier. We will be using him again in the future without a doubt. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Bruce!</p>

<p>Helped me relocate from Prince George to West Kelowna. Bruce took me to various condos in the area and helped me compare similar properties. His knowledge of greater Kelowna was useful in assisting me on a location. Since I had limited time to search for a place, he made time to show me around several Kelowna neighborhoods. I was basically able to make a deal with two trips to the Okanagan. I felt that I could trust him and he made several suggestions in assisting my negotiation. His follow-up after I had moved in was helpful in learning even more about the community. I would and have suggested him as a realtor to several friends.</p>
