Before I called Bill, I checked out multiple agents and real estate companies. In all honesty, I thought a discount brokerage would net us out more money given the price range of our home. Was I ever wrong! After talking to a discount broker, he assured us we would get less than $400K and prepared us to go even lower after 21 days. That left me really unsettled. Then I did an internet search and looked up the top selling agent in Hamilton and found Bill Papaioannou. After reading his 5-star reviews and his top producing results, I called him directly and he answered right away. His strategy right out of the gate was brilliant. He organized a deep cleaning of the home, staging, top shelf photography & social media. Within an hour of listing my house, I was getting house showings that day. He wouldn't even look at offers right away because he created so much interest in my house, he wanted to give it time to get hotter and it did. When he finally decided it was time to look at offers, there were multiple offers waiting for me.
