Bill Papaioannou is by far the best real Estate Agent we have ever worked with! Bill & his team of professionals including a personal licensed assistant, contractor & stager are enthusiastic, hardworking, dedicated and energetic. Bill organized our renovations prior to the sale and was there regularly to make sure time lines were being followed. He made sure the staging was perfect & paid super attention to detail. Bill & his assistant Greg Rozakis were available anytime we had questions & provided constant support & feedback. Their knowledge of the Real Estate market is superb and Bill is an excellent, shrewd negotiator. He got us multiple offers and our investment property sold way over our asking price setting a new record price for a Duplex in our neighborhood. If anyone is in need of an agent, we would highly recommend Bill and his team of professionals.

I have worked with Bill and Greg for many years as an active investor of real-estate, but I was really impressed with effort put in to sell my last multiplex in St. Catherines. Where do I start. This was my first time selling a home. I was very skeptical & weary having my home previously listed with a Mega Team and another big name real estate agent with very little communication and results. With my initial conversation with Bill I could tell that he was different from all the other Real Estate agents I had dealt with. Given my unique personal situation he went well above what was necessary and needed to get my home ready for closing. He and his team packed up my home and organized shipping for my car, Rv and personal items out of the country for me. I found Bill to be extremely helpful, reliable, trustworthy and transparent throughout the whole process. Bill recently sold an investment property for me in Beamsville for 20% over our asking price. From the time we signed our agreement to sale of the house was under one week. Because of all this, he created quite a buzz in the neighbourhood once they learned of the record sale. I appreciate Bill's professionalism and his customer service. However, the real value he and his team brought to the table in this instance was his knowledge of the area market. He understood there was a lack of inventory at the time. He understood how to set up a competitive bidding process and he has been around long enough to know the reputation of realtors bringing in offers and to separate good offers from bad. Bill and his team did all of this through COVID showing great respect for our tenant and showing the house with as little disruption as possible. I would recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
