I've had the pleasure of working with Bill Papaioannou from Remax a couple of times over the past few years and trust me when I tell you, there is a reason he is a Top Rated agent and Number 1 rated agent in Hamilton for 2020 for Rate my Agent. In 2017, Bill helped me find my luxury condominium. At the time, the housing market was oversaturated with buyers, making it frustrating as a first time home buyer. Bill not only found my townhome, but helped me negotiate for under asking. While Bill was confident the townhouse would be a great investment for me, I was nervous I wouldn't make a return on it should the market ever change. I am glad I listened to Bill - his instincts were spot on. A mere 5 years later it came time to sell, there was no one I trusted more than Bill. When it came time to list, he made it clear that his goal was to set the record selling price in our neighborhood. When Bill sets a goal for himself, there is no stopping him. He was aggressive in pursuit to get top dollar. Bill not only had the house staged but also had an incredible videography team come out to do drone video and to create a virtual 3D layout of my home. Bill has helped me sell for nearly double what I purchased the townhome for! Not only did I double my investment, Bill helped us get over $150,000 over asking. Put in perspective, that is $100,000 more than the comparable townhouse in our complex sold recently. Now that is a record price! Bill's knowledge and expertise is unparalleled. We will without a doubt be relying on Bill again in the future.

Bill and his team really went all out to help me sell my house and I got well above asking in less than a week! His team of professional stagers and photographers were a lot of fun to work with and helped to make a process that I thought would be stressful, a very enjoyable experience. Bill Papaioannou made selling my mom’s house easy and delivered a sale price well above what I was expecting. When my mom passed away, I needed to find a realtor in Hamilton who would work with me to sell my mom’s house in the Villages of Glancaster adult living community. The sale presented 2 notable challenges: it was an estate sale and I live in Montreal. I met with several agents from different brokerages, and I was really impressed by Bill’s experience and awards, as well as his marketing plans, and sales strategy for my mom’s house and decided to list the property with him. Bill also helped prepare the property for sale by arranging for the property to be landscaped (it was spring) and staged. By the time his photographer came to take pictures and videos (including a drone!) the place looked incredible. Bill worked with his team to create a stunning marketing package and virtual tour of the property, all set to music that my mom would have loved. By the time we were ready to list the property, the excitement was palpable. Using his vast network of contacts built over his decades of experience in Hamilton, Bill worked quickly to show the property to other agents in the Hamilton, Niagara, and Toronto areas and 10+ viewings were scheduled in a matter of hours.
