Bill was absolutely fantastic. He helped us buy our first house, 15 years ago, and we wanted him to be our agent this time, too. He was very responsive and supportive when we purchased our new house and he knocked it out of the park selling our current home. We sold over asking in just 2 days! We couldn’t be happier.

Even during a very slow market (my neighbour required at least three different realtors to sell his house, over the course of several months), Bill managed to sell our home within a week, with multiple offers. We also received a substantial increase in the sale price, definitely alot more than what we were expecting.
