His guidance and understanding of the market helped me make decisions on obtaining the perfect home as well as one that would be more marketable in the future.</p> <p>Buying a condo entails going through condominium docs and worrying about special levy's etc.. Ben was able to carefully review these documents to ensure I was buying in a sound building with a responsible strata corporation.</p> <p>He was always on time, answered his phone and made me feel like a priority, Again his super positive demeanor also just made the whole process that much better . I have been extremely happy with my home and would not hesitate to use Ben in any future real estate dealings.</p>
