<p>We would definitely recommend Ben to friends and family. Ben was attentive with an honest, strategic approach that would best reach our goals as the seller. Compared with other agents whom we interviewed prior to choosing to work with Ben, he best utilized technology to present information and offered a well thought out, dynamic approach to make informed decisions. Throughout the entire process, Ben was consistently professional and responsive to our queries. We had a relatively quick sale at a fair price and overall, it was a low stress experience.</p> <p>As well, his photographer and designer offered useful advice and provided high quality service.</p>

<p>Working with Ben was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge about properties, the neighborhood and negotiation skills were excellent and helped me throughout the whole process. He provided a very detailed assessment which included the pros and cons as well as his thoughts on each property that I wanted to view. When having the initial conversation with Ben about what my likes/dislikes were and the property I wanted within a specific budget, he made sure to look into those specifics and provide with great suggestions and advice! I was amazed by his professionalism and how great he was with his time management. He was very responsive and always available to help you - something I would always look for in a realtor! Last but not least, he will take away the whole stress of buying and negotiating away from you and will simply make the process a whole easier and stress free!! <p>After reading reviews online for realtors in Calgary, we contacted Ben to help us with purchasing our first home and we were impressed from start to finish. We were living out of town and had a very short timeline to view properties and get into our new condo, about 45 days total, and despite the time crunch the process never felt rushed or stressful. Ben made sure we got a comprehensive understanding of what kind of properties were available and worked hard to make sure we were able to see all the properties we were interested in during a two day trip to Calgary.</p> <p>Within a day of contacting Ben he had us set up with an online search tool to view properties that fit our specific search criteria and also alerted us when new properties became available. When viewing the properties we appreciated his honesty and ability to point out problems or potential issues with properties that we otherwise wouldn't have known to look for. He had a vast knowledge of the city and it's many neighborhoods, allowing us to tailor our search to a few areas that were a great match for what we were looking for. <p>We used Ben as our realtor to buy a place in downtown Calgary last month. We did a quick Google search for Calgary's best realtor and Ben's name was all over the place with excellent reviews.</p> <p>Ben met with us before we even started our property purchasing journey and spent a good hour understanding our not so well-defined criteria. Throughout the process of looking at different apartments, Ben helped us get a better understanding of what issues to look out for and stay away from. He answered all our questions in the simplest way possible and helped us feel very comfortable during the whole process. <p>Ben is hands down the best real estate agent out there. His knowledge of the real estate market and of homes in general is second to none. He provided us with everything from in depth information about each specific property that we viewed, to general market information to no none-sense practical advice that provided us with the confidence that in making our decision we had absolutely all of the pertinent information in front of us. this also put us a step ahead when it came to negotiating the price we wanted. Ben is an expert negotiater and I know that he got us the best possible price for our house. We were also overwhelmed by his professionalism and responsiveness. He took care of us every step of the way and responded to every question we had immediately. To top it all off Ben is just a pleasure to deal with. He's funny, quick witted and in general just a great guy to be around. I recommend Ben to everyone I know with confidence that he will impress them in the way he impressed us. If we ever look to move again we will be calling Ben!</p>
