<p>During our four month home search, Ben patiently took us through a number of different styles of homes, locations and price points to narrow down our search criteria. His enthusiasm for and knowledge of real estate is evident, and his honesty was always appreciated. Ben brought a critical eye to each home we looked at and was able to point out potential concerns that we often missed. After changing our search criteria multiple times, we eventually found our new home and are confident that Ben helped to negotiate a fair price and terms of sale on our behalf. He eased the closing process by ensuring we were granted access to the home prior to possession and walked us through the next steps to ensure we well informed. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ben, he is a true real estate professional.</p>

<p><br /> Ben was proactive when we needed him to be. Even thought the home Ben sold to us was outside of Calgary, Ben was happy to meet us at the property when it suited us.</p> <p>If we had any additional questions regarding the property, Ben never answered "I don't know", which really is an annoying trait in a person (that I find). Ben was professional and answered "I will get back to you on that", in which Ben did in a very timely fashion.</p> <p>Ben worked very well to represent the buyer and seller on this occasion.</p> <p>If and when the day comes that we go to sell our home, Ben has our business.</p>
