We were moving to Calgary from Ontario and Ben was extremely flexible in accommodating everything from the time difference to us only being able to come to look at houses one weekend. I was amazed at how quickly Ben responded to any questions/requests and thoroughly followed up. The weekend that we came to Calgary to look at potential properties went very smoothly - Ben was well prepared, suggested a great strategy/approach to tackling multiple properties in a short time that worked very well, and was there for us 100% for the full 2 days. Based on what we liked on the first day, he suggested some properties that we didn't pick to see initially, and I am extremely grateful that he did, because that is how we found the house and the neighborhood that we love.<br /> Ben was also very dedicated throughout the entire negotiation phase and was extremely supportive and always available until possession day.</p>

<p>We don't have enough good things to say about Ben. He was patient with us, never pushed us into anything we weren't interested in, and professional with us at every step. Ben was very prompt at replying via text, email, or phone and was flexible when we wanted to go see houses. He pointed out concerns that we as first-time homebuyers did not consider. Ben also was able to give us an idea of reno costs when we asked. Negotiations were a breeze and Ben even contacted us several times after possession in case we had any questions and to ensure everything was going well. We highly recommend Ben to anyone.</p>
