Eric contacted us within 2 hours when we first got in contact with Ben Sweet | Justin Becker & Associates. Since then, it's been a very smooth process. Eric was professional throughout the whole interaction, and kept us in the loop if there were any changes. I was immediately impressed by Scott's active listening skills. He understood what I wanted and set up my search criteria accordingly so it only showed me the best houses and condos.  He was very patient and always there for me until I finally found places I wanted to look at. After we viewed the first house I was further impressed by Scott's integrity and honesty. He pointed out things I never would have noticed on my own. When we found my house, he helped facilitate and came to the inspection. I welcomed and trusted his opinion every step of the way.  I have, and will continue to recommend Scott to my family and friends. He's my go-to for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I called and was immediately transferred to Ben, even though he was out of town, and after getting my particulars he had his associate Scott Hagel follow-up. Scott exceeded all expectations at every step of our journey to buy a new home. His advice was always great and helped us choose an area that met our needs, he cleared 3 days of his schedule to show us 20+ homes when we flew in to start our search and then performed several virtual tours of houses after we had to return to Ottawa. When negotiating the purchase, he helped set expectations based on past interactions with the sellers realty company and helped guide us with the negotiations to arrive a final offer we were happy with. Every step of the process from initial contact, a thank you package of gourmet brownies, and a happy father's day email have shown that this team takes the idea of a World Class experience to the next level.

Ben Sweet and his team made the process of selling our home both painless and profitable. His experience and expertise were evident upon first meeting, and we felt comfortable, given his tried and true processes. We really value communication and Ben excelled in that regard as well. Then he ensured we were able to win the bid on our current (dream) home. Since then he's been our advisor on many home, renovation and realty related questions, and he always takes the time to help us out.
