Ben is a very knowledgeable guy. He was always on hand when we had questions about the property we were wanting to buy. We were from a different province so everything was a little strange to us. He did all the research for the house we bought and all the running around that involved the house and property. He was also very helpful in getting a broker for our house insurance and utilities. Ben assisted us in purchasing our new home in Harmony. He was extremely accommodating as we were from another province and had limited windows of time to view houses.
