Ben is a very knowledgeable guy. He was always on hand when we had questions about the property we were wanting to buy. We were from a different province so everything was a little strange to us. He did all the research for the house we bought and all the running around that involved the house and property. He was also very helpful in getting a broker for our house insurance and utilities.
