Buying our home with Ben was a great experience. He was prompt, attentive, and always had a great attitude. We ended up buying a property that had been conditionally sold a couple of times. He really listened to us and kept tabs on that house such that we were first in line to make an offer each time it came back on the market and it eventually paid off.
